Our healthy menus are called functional food which contains complete essential nutritients and rich in other important components like vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that help with immune system, slow down aging, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases in the future.
Cooking method also play an important role in effectively extracting essential nutrition. We know which vegetable should be eaten fresh or cooked and where the vitamins are and how to extract them. For example, if it is a fat-soluble vitamin, we will fry or stew ingredients. If it is water-soluble vitamin, we will poach, boil, or make them as drinks. We also carefully select the oil we use. We fry with tea seed oil or use air fryer. We also control an amount of sodium and sugar used to pamper you without being hard on your liver, kinder, or gut. And, of course, we won’t use animal products. 1 menus really creates happiness for the whole cycle.
